TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I’ve never met a company that doesn’t want business like this one. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a bid . And when I call they’re super friendly and say it will be emailed to me by end of the day. 2 weeks and 2 calls and 5 emails later. NOTHING STILL. No bid.
I went to their shop and spent a long time with gal up front finding the window parts I needed in their catalog. Never got a call back on price or scheduling. On my second call to follow up a month later, she again promised to speak to owner and get back to me. Never heard from them. Sad because I had high hopes for the friendly encounter I had when I stopped in. Starting all over with a new company
