The staff is very friendly, the lobby is welcoming & clean. Opal explained everything that was being done at my appt. I was a little nervous but she reassured me that I would be fine. I left with the reassurance that my eyes are perfect, glass cleaner & wipe and a Have a great day!!! I highly recommend Cascade Eye Care.

Friendly staff, Dr. Holt is excellent by taking time to answer questions and explain things well. Clean environment, hardly any wait time, efficient and the staff is ready to help.

I had a good experience with my annual exam. The staff are all friendly, helpful, professional, and provide a thorough pre-exam. Dr Holt was approachable, friendly, and thorough. The office has a significant number of frames to choose from and Taylor was very helpful searching for options on selecting frames. My order was submitted at a fairly reasonable price and I await my new glasses with the guarantee of fit and function satisfaction.
