Helpful and friendly staff. Ordered some different thigs and they informed me immediately that my order was ready. When I picked up, everthing was loaded in my vehicle by the time I finished paying.

This company was very helpful in helping us pick out a new fireplace insert. In the end, I decided to bring my old one in, have installed, and use the money I would have spent elsewhere ....... NOT HAPPY AT ALL ! With choosing otherwise. The person I found to install old insert didn't finish the front surround and it not only looks terrible ! But, it isn't even sealed correctly. Oh brother !!!
