I had a freezer that was not making ice - one of the techs came out, he wasn't helpful and honestly not very personable. The owner went above and beyond in assisting me with the issues. I cannot recommend Beacon Appliance high enough. I was beyond impressed with her attention to detail and actually hearing what the issues were. She got back to me right away to rectify the issue. She sent another tech out and fixed the issue at hand as well as the issue caused by the first tech.
When we bought this house, the dishwasher leaked. Wes came out and was focused on solving the puzzle, and found out it wasn't level. When the previous owner came by for mail, she admitted that she couldn't get it fixed, and was surprised to hear that it was fixed. Wes was very professional and efficient.
I don’t know why this place does not have the best reviews. I had to make a claim on my home warranty & beacon appliance was assigned. I called them to schedule, they came next day, the guy was at my house for less than 5 minutes he knew what the problem was immediately . He ordered the part that week they called me to schedule to come & install the new control panel on my dishwasher. They had openings pretty much right away. He came and replaced the part in less than ten minutes and was out of my house. Not sure the comments about them being rude?
