Dan Nichols was amazing! He came to my aunts house yesterday around 5:30 pm after what I assume a long day. She just lost her husband and has had the worst luck with everything! The hvac unit was purchased from Royal Air and she has had to have them out too many times in the last month or 2. Clearly they never did their job or even explained anything to her. Dan was the total opposite! He gave her advise on what was likely causing some of the issues, she was amazed as no one told her about it other than Dan. He was sincere and simply awesome! Allianz has now gained a new customer for life thank to Dan!

My air conditioner went out on one of the hottest projected days in Redding. I actually called Gallagher’s first, but after not hearing back from them for a few hours and feeling my house rapidly heat up, I decided to call Allianz to better my chances of someone coming out to help. Best decision ever!
My respect for Allianz started to bloom immediately while on the phone with the dispatchers. (There were actually two calls with the dispatchers) They were both personable and made me feel like they genuinely cared about my plight, escalating what Gallagher deemed as a regular service call to an emergency situation. Shout out to Dan Nichols our service tech! My aunt just lost her husband of 45 years to cancer. Every and anything that could go wrong has. Including her AC unit she purchased from Royal Air. In the past 30 days Royal Air has come out 3 times and never fixed the issue as well as not explaining anything they "did". Dan showed up yesterday around 5:30 pm after what I am sure was a long day and he was simply amazing! He was so sincere and explained to my aunt everything he did as well as advice as to why the issues were possibly happening. She was so grateful and so impressed with him.
