From scheduling the appointment to them arriving on time and being very personable, I am pleased with this company. They put an honest effort into cleaning our carpet that was probably due for replacement rather than cleaning. Ted was very accommodating towards our pets and none escaped during his visit! I will use them again.

I posted a review prior that wasn’t a 5 star and the owner is awesome with his response, him and his office staff are wonderful people! The office girl is very kind and the owner is top notch! Very impressed with the way they treat their customers and are dedicated to doing a good job! Definitely will be using them again and recommending them to others!

We had a last minute need for emergency services after a family member was hospitalized. All American not only called us back on a holiday but were at our house within 4 hours. We feared that the affected carpet would have to be replaced but in a short period of time it was evident that it would be completely restored & looking/smelling great! We so appreciate this company & their services. Highly recommend them!
