We have had A to Z Carpet & Upholstery out several times not to only clean out carpet but to pressure wash our walk way. Not only do they show up on time they do a thorough job. We actually had a water line break and had some flooding onto our carpet and they came out right away to soak everything up. Went above and beyond in a time of need. When emergencies happen there is not always time to prepare, they were quick to respond and very open and honest. Would recommend A to Z Carpet to anyone.

I own several rentals in the Anderson area. I have always had A to Z carpet cleaning do my homes, some more than once.As I live out of the area, I would always leave a key hidden so they could enter to clean the carpets.This particular home, I was able to meet with them, on site to let them in.My appointment was for 8am. Shortly before then, I received a call saying they were running behind, and would be there at 10am. They arrived shortly after 10, and said the carpets were going to need extra work and would require "pretreatment" at an additional charge of $30.00. These guys just did an awesome job for us! They were super easy to work with, way professional and super helpful too. We had a rust stain that they worked tirelessly on... pretreated and diligently worked that stain right out! They're super knowledgeable and go way above and beyond. They produced great carpet replacement info about quality to consider for pad and carpet type. It's nice to know who to call to help care for something that's always getting walked on. These guys had our old, dingy carpet cleaned and looking (almost) as good as new!
