We had a ceiling collapsed in our closet and they worked with us to have the responsible party pay for it. They knew us even though it was it first visit and were able to quickly and easily recognize our clothes. Fast and efficient.

Hi, I have been a customer of A&A Prestige for years. I am glad they made it thru the Pandemic. To me they are essential workers due to my Degenerative arthritis diagnosis and Carpal Tunnel. They are a blessing. My clothes look brand new when they're done. Sundays are the best days to come. I asked for a quote for the cleaning of two suits and a skirt and was told $50 for the two suits and $12 for the skirt however when I pick the items up two days later I was charged $27.79 for each suit and $16 for the skirt a total of $10 more than I was quoted. When I brought that to their attention the lady said there was nothing she could do and basically I just had to deal with it cuz it wasn't her fault she wasn't the one who quoted me apparently.
