Friendly, they have a gicent selection of equipment and multiples of each( nice when it's busy) bathrooms could use some help, and a lot of the equipment has duct tape repair on the pads, most of the equipment is pretty worn in but seems to all work properly. I like that they have a sauna, but it could use an update, too. Overall, I like the gym and the extra stuff they offer other than just a weight room. I would recommend ?

Stopped here on the way through from Oregon. Had a short visit and asked the staff some questions probably some of the friendliest people I’ve met in the very long time. Excellent cleanliness, beautiful facility highly recommend.

I've been a member of Tehama Family Fitness Center for a number of years now and I'm really enjoying my membership. The classes I take are taught by instructors who not only have the required education and background, but they also have the right (great) personality and temperament to work in the fitness industry.The environment is very much a supportive and encouraging one without judgements. Any time I am here taking a class is a very happy and good time! I genuinely encourage anyone at any age and in any condition to give it a go.
