We had another heating and air company install a new unit on our roof and all the duct work. From the beginning, one of the registers rattled loudly and we asked the company to check it. T they came out and said all was well, that it was just a powerful unit. About a year and a half after that one of our bedrooms was not getting warm in the winter and we did not want to call the original company out so we searched for someone new. Red Bluff Heating and Air had just done an installation on my neighbors house and she highly recommended him. Brent came out the very same day and discovered an error in the duct work.
