We had the pleasure of working with Micah from Matt Jackson’s Pest Control Services, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service he provided. From the moment he arrived (right on time, by the way!), Micah was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I have a very bad issue with wasp on my front porch. I have an 82 year old Vietnam Veteran staying that I take to doctors appointments at least once a week and sometimes more often. It’s hard to get him outside and into the car without being threatened by wasp. I’d scheduled an appointment with Terminex for June 6th and no one showed up. I had an appointment for a day June 17th and again no one showed up.
I called Matt Jackson’s Pest and Micha understood my situation and was here in 20 minutes!
I am very happy and appreciative with their prompt service.
I will continue to use them for all my pest control needs.

I called today at 12:15 pm for a one time service at my rental house. Micah returned my call, contacted my tenant and had the job done by 3:00 pm. He did not pressure me into any recurring service, but gave me an astonishingly reasonable quote for regular service.
Micah was tremendously professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me about the work done, made notes for future reference and even took care of a potential wasp problem we were unaware of.
I highly recommend Matt Jackson's service. And will definitely use them again in the future.
