Shawna at the front desk is really on top of things. Friendly, helpful, and mindful that we are all busy and in a hurry. I've read some of the reviews that say otherwise, and all I can say is that I have been going to this facility for years for CDL medical renewals and random drug tests and they have been nothing but helpful. Dr Lane is great. I have a bit of "white coat syndrome" where my blood pressure reads high when I am in a doctor's office, but not with Dr Lane. I even left a jacket in the office recently, and later got a call from Shawna. They took the time to figure out that it must be mine.

When I called the receptionist was very nice and professional. She made sure I had all my questions answered. Love the Doctor, been going to her since before I went gray, she is one smart lady ?

I've been utilizing chiropractic care and homeopathic remedies since I was a child. We are incredibly lucky to have a resource like Dr. Lane in our little town. My lower back is stubborn and Dr. Lane has been patient and thorough in determining the best way to adjust it so I am able to live my life without the constant nagging in the lower back. She has recommended supplements that have helped tremendously with my energy levels, and joint juiciness. the kiniseology (I know I spelled that incorrectly...) taping she offers is pretty neat too. Shawna is a delight to interact with on the phone and in person. My schedule can be tricky and she is always professional and helpful, despite the amount of work she has to do, plus the attitude of some of the drug test candidates. I highly recommend this business.
