Staff is super helpful & nice even when wait times are a bit longer. I came in for a walk in & waited a bit longer than one would usually expect to wait & when I got to my room the nurse expressed how grateful she was of me for waiting patiently & gave me some insight on the inflow of patients & how it effects wait times throughout the week. You can tell that the staff genuinely cares about their patients and how they feel while in their care.

Most of the staff are kind and respectful. The facility is clean, and the security guards help the environment feel safe. A couple of staff members come off as unprofessional. My experience here has been mostly good.

Its ok. They do the best they can but because of the insurance i have its virtually impossible to find good health care. But i do recommend greenville rancheria theyve always been accommodating.Dr. Pearson and his nurse Tracy are really great! I couldn't ask for any better.Also I would like to especially give transportation a huge THANK YOU for always getting me to my appts for years. It is a privilege that they offer this and the drivers are all great. Thank you to ALL!
