The serviceman, Carlos, was on time, very polite, professional and fixed our problem in no time! If it were possible he would have a 12 out of a 10! Thank you, Carlos, for fixing out HVAC unit.
OUTSTANDING work, customer service and pricing! My technician was Carlos and I recomend you ask for him by name! Carlos is awesome! Friendly, polite, fast, knowledgeable! He is also willing to go that extra mile. I removed the air filter trying to figure out the problem, and it was a pain to get out. Carlos was happy to put it back in for me. He also took the time to asnswer some questions I had about the thermostat and our whole house fan. Great guy!
We are renters and our property manager called Bickley's when our heater quit working. They arrived on time and had our system running again within 15 minutes!
