I had another AMAZING visit with Trang, Nancy & Henry! Jason and other Managers are very professional. Salon is clean, roomy (not alot of commotiin or loud talking either, which is nice) and the chairs are super comfy! I'm going to miss it here as I'm moving out of State.
Walked into VIP Nails Salon and Spa while waiting for my puppy at Antonio Animal Hospital (amazing vet!!) and they took me right away. Facilities are super nice, staff is lovely, and I love the music they play - pop hits from Taylor Swift to N'Sync. Perfection. I told my manicurist, the fabulous Kimmy, I only had 40 mins and she got it done for me. I'll definitely be back. Five stars for sure based on customer service, vibe, and pedicure. I only did a regular polish and the deluxe pedi ($55) - it was great. Only bummer is that there was a yappy customer on the phone the whole time I was there - super annoying. I wish there was a no phone call policy.
I love this salon!!! VIP nails and their nail techs always take good care of me and I am always pleased with my set. They do such a good job everytime and there is no other salon I love more!
