Rancho Santa Margarita Stay Dry Roofing

I have had a minor leak in my roof for some time, and finally decided to get something done about it. It's the kind of leak that was hard to detect what is exactly causing it. Daniel came right out and took a thorough look and helped me to determine the likely cause, which turned out to be gaps in my chimney caulking. Daniel came out the following day and caulked it, as well as preventative caulking elsewhere and other minor fixes. The job was done on time and on budget. It was nice not to have a pushy salesperson trying to sell me a new roof, when my tile roof overall is in pretty good condition.

With all this rain we had an emergency, water was coming in through our sky skylight. When I contacted them they came over right away. The guys got up on the roof and did a thorough assessment even taking pictures. Unfortunately, the problem was not roof or shingle related so they kindly referred me to a contractor for the help I need, they were friendly and efficient. I appreciate their honesty and help!! I'm keeping the number for any future roofing needs, I trust Javier and his Team.
