“Once I discovered Thai massages, I can’t go back to “regular” massages ever again. I’ve only had this RSM experience as my reference point (I’ve been back at least 6 times) and one time in Chicago. It’s sooo good for getting knots out and stretches. I used to get 60 minutes full body but it always felt too short for me (never wanted it to end!) and now I get 90 minutes, which is perfect. If you’re not exposed to Thai massages (at least at this place), you lay on a mattress on the floor. There’s beams on the ceiling and the massage therapists step on your back and use their feet to massage. You can ask for various pressures. Then they transition to using their hands. The massage usually ends with some deep stretching. I’m a runner so I’ve recently been booking massages a few days after 15Ks or half marathons to work out my soreness and tightness, as I also love their stretching too. The room is nice, the atmosphere is professional, and the me massages always end with hot tea & pineapple in the lobby. I think it’s great value too! I always ask for medium pressure. Sometimes it could get “painful” but it’s soo relieving afterwards. I love coming here!! I booked another one after a July 4th 15K :) and thought to write a review!“
