We are so grateful for Adam and feel indebted to him for his services. Our fairly new AC unit quit working in the midst of this heat wave. It wasn’t long before it became unbearable inside that house. As you can imagine, these guys are working overtime in this season and are booked out. The installer wasn’t available to come out. Not only did Adam answer my call, he was ready to come take care of it in the dark. He really didn’t want us to have to go through the night in the heat. Adam has been prompt, efficient and friendly when helping me with my air conditioning. He has further helped me problem solve other home issues. I feel comfortable in having him in my home as well as confident in his work.
I strongly recommend Adam.
He came quickly after our call, he actually changed his plans to come over.
There was a strong stench coming from the AC unit and he figured it out right away that we might have a dead rat in the unit.
And he was right!!! A huge dead rat was sitting in the unit panel.
Adam went above and beyond, he removed the dead rat and made sure that there wasn’t any trace of other rats. He changed our filter too while he was there!!!
He has been very professional, caring and helpful!!!!
I will call Adam again for anything related to AC!!!
