Wow...Customer for life. Super smart and very knowledgeable. Eddie returned my call for service immediately and made a service call on a Sunday! Thanx so much for addressing and resolving my computer/modem issues .
Eddie is my go-to guy for my computer and printer. He is patient and helps me learn each time. He wants me to learn so I'm not overly dependent on him. He even will answer questions by phone, paying regular rate, but super responsive. He leaves a written summary of everything we talked about so there's a good record. l really like him and would highly recommend.
Eddie is skilled, helpful and patient technician. I had issues with Outlook that were multiplied when Cox 'dumped' their e-mail program into Yahoo. I wasted a lot of time on the phone and reading "instructions" online with no success. I knew it was time for an expert and called Eddie. This was the first time I called Eddie. I was very lucky to find the right person who could fix the problems. Eddie came to my house, showing up when promised. He is pleasant as well as knowledgeable. I recommend Eddie highly.
