Our AC would not go on, and it was Labor day so after calling some companies and finding out they weren't even open we called Air Care. They were open for business and thankfully so because it was over 90f! Air Care was very friendly and assured us they'd be over within a couple of hours. Jack, the mechanic from Air Care called in less than 2 hours and confidently told us he'd be over in 20 minutes to get the AC working for us (Thanks Jack)! Long story short, yes Jack was here and yes he kept his word!! He had our system running again and even gave us a huge discount for being a veteran!! Sam and Evan came out to repair upstairs A/C unit and did an extremely great job. They kept me informed during the entire repair and offered different options. I was so impressed I requested them out the following week to replace both our thermostats. Again, they did a great job and helped my wife and I set up the new system on our phones an provided us with a brief tutorial on how to use. I have now included AIRCARE, Sam and Evan in my preferred contractors list. Highly recommend this company.
Taylor had to come out 2 days in a row to get my AC up and running, he was determined to get my kids and I AC in these high temps. He was respectful and diligent in his work. Would recommend again and again!
