“I had walked into this salon very nervously and met Ms. Toma, who very patiently gave me a free of charge consultation.

She went over all the different types of extensions available, and what she thought would be the best for my hair type.
There was no sales pressure on her part which is rare.
She gave me very good advice, and I found her to be a very knowledgeable person with reference to extensions.
She won me over with her great customer service and I booked my appointment.

Mariana knows all the ins and outs and just does an amazing job overall.
Must say that the quality of extensions used were excellent and she took such good care in applying them.
She is absolutely amazing with hair extensions.

I wasn't sure what kind of treatment would be best for me, but after telling her about my long hair & how I'm pretty low maintenance (haircut every 6 months or so... when I remember lol) she suggested a biotin treatment. The salon itself is spotless and really welcoming. It has a calm, relaxing vibe that makes it easy to settle in and actually enjoy getting your hair done (which isn’t always the case elsewhere!).

They’ve got a great selection of products, too. And if there’s ever something you need that they don’t have, they’re totally willing to order it for you, which I really appreciate.

I haven’t tried the head spa or the massage chair yet, but I’m already looking forward to it. Just one more reason I’m excited for my next visit.
