I loved my experience at Fairbanks Pharmacy. I used to go to the big retailers like CVS/Walgreens, and hated the experience. The pharmacist, Bernard, is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he has a real passion for medicine. The pharmacy staff is super attentive, provide quick service, and tailor the experience. I always thought retail pharmacies were the only way to go, after dealing with Fairbanks Pharmacy, I can't ever imagine going back. If you are serious about skincare, I highly recommend Rachel at Fairbanks Pharmacy & Med Spa. She is master trained and provides incredible results that I have never achieved with anyone else before. I was always hesitant to try micro-needling due to safety and competency issues, but Rachel delivers on both! Everything is perfectly sanitized, and the results are nothing short of amazing! I highly recommend this business and specifically Rachel.

So wonderful to have personalized service from highly knowledgeable employees. What a refreshing departure from years of CVS such that I can’t imagine going back to those types of pharmacies again. Bernard runs a great pharmacy and sets the tone personally for his whole team on friendliness knowledge and customer service.
