Melia and her team were not only helpful but patient, I met Melia at an open house 6 months before applying or thinking of buying our first house. I wasn't ready because of husband credit scores and all. And I asked her to give us a call maybe in 6 months or so, and so she did, her team guided us through the whole process, we were able to get a VA loan, with very little down , she advised us on homes and showed us different ones until we felt we had the one.
