Both my nails and my feet turned out beautifully, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I received the Gel X on my nails. However, I did find the customer service to be somewhat lacking. I tried to engage with the nail technician in hopes of building a friendly rapport, but it felt like he wasn't really interested in chatting or establishing a connection. It would have been nice to have a more welcoming atmosphere. I asked his name and he was hesitate but told me. Although I forgot his name, I didn't think he wanted me to know anyway. As for the woman who did my pedicure, she was quite reserved and didn't engage in conversation at all. In fact, she never introduced herself, which made the experience feel a bit impersonal. While the quality of the services was great, the overall customer service left something to be desired. I believe a little more friendliness and communication could greatly enhance the experience for clients. Overall, while I loved the results, I hope to see improvements in the customer service aspect during my next visit. Bathroom was clean and overall shop.“
