Life has been a roller coaster lately and my wife and I were trying to figure out what to do to decompress and we were recommended a day at the spa at Terranea. We would pass by the Terranea whenever we hike in Palos Verdes but we have never been so we decided that this would be a great opportunity to check it out. Upon arrival at the spa we were immediately greeted by their staff and were taken care of with phenomenal customer service. You get the feeling that everyone that works there is happy to be there which makes the overall experience that much better. Ladies, the spa at Terannea is my go-to when I need a break or a treat! Every holiday or birthday I ask my husband to send me here A big reason I come back is because of the service - Bridget by the pool is the best. The second time I came she remembered by name from 2 months prior, and ever since then I’ve felt so welcomed and taken care of that I’ve been coming back every few weeks for a recharge. Sometimes I’ll come with a girlfriend and make a little girls day of it.This time I had the therapeutic massage by Shannon and she was excellent - I had an injury on my foot and she knew exactly how to support my recovery. I definitely recommend Shannon!

I have to give this spa a solid five-star rating, no doubt about it! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with a beautiful fireplace that added to the warm ambiance. And let me tell you about the adults-only pool—it was a true haven of tranquility. The serenity and peacefulness made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Now, here's the real treat: the gym. Not only did it offer top-notch fitness facilities, but it also had yoga and spin classes overlooking the breathtaking Pacific Ocean.
