Went in with a coupon from a blood donation and after signing up on their app, had an immediate appointment for a great haircut from stylist Pixee. She explained what she was doing as she trimmed off the shagginess after 7 months of growth. The result was a sleek style that'll grow out nicely to emphasize the waviness of my hair in many light layers.
Requested style: Stylist Pixee understood what would work best for me after viewing a couple of photos showing the general idea of how I'd wanted with the volume hair layers.
Great staff but I got thrown off with tipping options. I was presented with $7, $10...maybe $12 option. $30 was the bill. I should have did custom. Why is the business starting off with a $7 tip on a $30 charge? Who really gets the tip? Very suspicious.
