28326 S Western Ave, Rancho Palos Verdes“I have taken 3 generations of pets to Dr.Evans at All Pets Veterinary Hospital. Infact I started using All Pets when Dr. Robert Moore owned All Pets in the mid-'80's! I really got a great feeling from Dr. Moore as I did from his assistant , Dr. Evans. That's why I decided to stay on when Dr. Moore sold his smallish practice to Dr. Lisanne Evans. By then my two rescued cats, both American short hair, were just beginning their lives 3,000 miles away from home in Brooklyn Heights. Eros, the older of the two was a 20lb.marmalade colored cat and his younger brother, Plato a light beige short hair, were both around 10-9 yrs old. Eros the easier of the two had developed diabetes which required getting his ketones by peeing on a stick 2x's a day. A little later on Plato developed kidney problems and had to get fluids twice a day by sticking him with a fairly large needle 1-2x's a weekly. This require a lot of education which All Pets certainly gave us and some handholding from Dr. Evans and her staff. Both cats lived to be over 20 yrs. old. Not in s part due to the great care we all received at All Pets. Our second generation that All Pets cared for was my very first dog!! Chelsea was a funny, soulful and strong willed Puggle. Chelsea was smart as a whip. Loved when we entertained, very social and together we explored the hills of Palos Verdes. When Chelsea turned 8 she was diagnosed with a life threatening blood disease. Dr. Evans tried everything she could think to do. We found a wholistic veterinary online who had some experience with this disease. Dr. Evans encouraged us prop follow up with this wholistic treatment which cured Chelsea of life threatening anemia. We had our Chelsea with use until she was 13 yrs. old. It was hard to let Chelsea go. I held her in my arms as she took her last breath. We all cried including Dr. Evans. 6 yrs ago we adopted Buddy from the Harbor Rescue Center. Buddy is as much my savior as I am his. I had just received a jolting diagnosis myself and could no longer explore outdoors as Chelsea and I did. Buddy doesn't require long up hill walks. He is a more of a lap dog and is content to be with me around the house! He is my Buddy!“

I’m sure they felt my uneasiness because of my past experiences with PetSmart. After being there for literally 5 minutes, I felt so relieved and happy that I brought my puppy to her shop. I will definitely be returning soon. Thank you, Sunny for your superior work!!!!!“

2408 Lomita Blvd a, Lomita“In 2021, my daughter was gifted a turtle who she named Shelly. Two weeks ago, my daughter noticed Shelly’s eye swollen. I contacted online reptile veterinarians who informed me that Shelly was Vitamin A deficient and could benefit from a new light and a Vitamin A shot. They informed me to take her into a reptile veterinary near me to get her the shot. I contacted alleged veterinarians who specialized in reptiles; I took Shelly to the one who sounded more competent than the others. They couldn’t tell me much. I asked about the type of tortoise we had, the age, and confirmation of gender, they couldn’t tell me anything. They gave me eye drops and it took me to inform them of the Vitamin A deficiency and request the shot. They literally said “Oh yeah, that sounds about right.” They didn’t have the shot readily available so I had to bring her back days later. Eye drops for 10 days, eye remained swollen and now she wasn’t eating, it had been 13 days and I grew impatient, hopeless, and scared which made me start looking for an alternative search for help.
I figured if reptile stores exist, surely there must be a specialist who checks on the reptiles and knows what to do, right? Wrong. I called three reptile stores before Agustin’s and they apologized and told me that they sale them, but really do not know how to treat them in matters in my case. I called Agustin’s Exotic Birds and Reptiles and they were so helpful. They invited me to bring Shelly so that they can check it out and I did just that.
The owner Agustin was present, took Shelly and immediately began to assess her. First, he confirmed that Shelly was a “he” teaching me how to tell the difference between male and female and was able to confirm the specific type of tortoise “Russian tortoise.” He educated me on the bedding he requires and the light needed to gain his strength back. He was able to clean the eye, remove the puss and place ointment on its eye. Additionally, Agustin was able to get Shelly to eat a little bit. He invited me to bring him back in two days to further asses his health.
Unfortunately, Shelly passed away one day later, but I’m so grateful to have met Agustin, his passion, expert knowledge, and dedication to reptiles and birds is commendable. I kick myself for not thinking to look into a reptile store sooner, but now I know where I will go if my children ever decide that they’re ready for another reptile or bird.
Shelly was apart of our family and Agustin treated my concern seriously and with care.
I donated all of Shelly’s accessories and food to Agustin as I know it will go to good use.
Thank you Agustin, our family appreciates you!“

4443 W 130th St, Hawthorne“I will start and say did not expect much just a normal bath and cut and give an honest review. Boy was i wrong. I hadn't made the effort recently to take Simba to have his cut and bath and tried doing it myself (not the same). Especially days of OT recently so called the mobile number on the Barks n' Bubbles mobile service and agreed on a time and date. FRIDAY THE 13TH!! Sure why not ?. It is the season ?. So arrived just a few minutes before the time specified when i recieved Claudias text that she was here (not much of a caller and more of a texting person myself). I immediately grabbed Simba and she arrived early awesome. Went downstairs and she thankfully was patiently waiting for me and informed me she had her van and everything ready to go. Told me she can drop him off with her and can come back downstairs after and hour. Waited until stated time and she texted me again stating he was ready. And will you believe i felt she gave me the wrong dog ?. My Simba was bathed, cut, smelled great, and looked super fancy with that tie ?. She asked if i wanted to go verify him and honestly i did to see if paws were good, nails ? were cut, if my dog can see (was covered in hair), and if it was really my dog (just in case). She transformed my dog and must say i amd glad to be wrong here. Happy Halloween ? and thank you ? Claudia for taking care of Simba. Will text soon for the next spa day for him. ?“

Yes, it is bare bones but don't let that scare you. Each dog has an indoor/outdoor private run and it is a great price. My dog is sooo happy every time we arrive because she loves all the people that work there. Melinda at the front desk knows her by name and we always feel welcomed. Thank you All Star for always taking care of Kodi!“

1030 S Centre St, San Pedro“We have used Matt for both our dogs. Both dogs were special needs dogs and were scared of grooming until they met Matt. Our first, a little Westie mix, had oral cancer and Matt handled him with TLC, by making him clean, soft and comfortable. Matt was the only groomer ever who Melo wagged his tail for.Our new dog is a poo-chi mix, a street rescue from Mexico. She is afraid of all strangers, but from the first time she met Matt, she would nestle in his arms relaxed and contented. Brie has a wire coat and Matt taught us how to care for it. Her haircuts look great and she emerges from her spa experience soft and smelling clean and fresh!“

1724 Palos Verdes Dr N, Harbor City“First of all THANK YOU THANK YOU GUYS for such amazing customer service, my Zeus has been going to the same groomer for years but his groomer was on vacation and I had to look for someone else and I am so glad I did. Zeus is a very difficult doggie and I was terrified to take him elsewhere since not everyone is patient enough for him ? I was amazed once I picked up Zeus, of course he acted up ??♀️ but the way they handled it, not one complaint from them ? They said, “He will get used to us and he will be a (Paulina dog ? inside joke) lol… Just a little FYI, I will not be taking Zeus to his original groomer (which he had for almost 5yrs) because all she ever did was complain about my dog instead of trying to find a solution. This means Paulina is stuck with my baby now and I am so glad I found her, I literally already love her HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ????????“
“Visited this location yesterday. I was confused as my vet said my dog needed to have grain in her diet. After speaking with a knowledgeable employee, I realized that wasn't true. I appreciated her knowledge and explaination of why that wasn't true. I was there to purchase Ziwe Peak dog food and she assured me it was a good choice. Highly recommend this location.“

it is a mobile, going to clients, Manhattan Beach“My long haired cat, Bobbi, has arthritis and it's difficult for her to clean herself when her fur is long. Additionally, it's very stressful for her to be groomed. Normally, our vet would groom and shave her every three months but they have been understaffed for six months so she had gotten very matted and dirty. I kept trying to find another vet or groomer that groomed cats but was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, Bobbi is very skittish and it is always difficult to catch her so we were only able to catch her once and clean her and try to get rid of the mats. Someone recommended that I google mobile groomers and I was able to find Daisy Mobile Pet Grooming and Meir. He was very nice and professional on the phone, quickly finding out the pertinent information he needed to identify what needed to be done to help Bobbi. I really appreciated how thorough he was in letting me know what his process was prior to arrival. He didn't flinch when he saw how bad Bobbi was and the effort needed to shave and clean her. He was very patient with my stressed out cat and made sure that she was beautifully taken care of. He gave me detailed information on how to de-stress her and make sure that my elderly cat would rebound well from her experience. This has been a wonderful experience for me because of the patience, care, and expertise Meir exhibited throughout the process. I highly recommend Daisy and Meir.“
