After trying a few other chiropractic clinics in San Pedro my husband recommended that I give this place a shot. I met with Dr. Sanders who was lovely and took his time explaining things to me, which I appreciated because honestly it always seemed weird to me that a chiropractor would just adjust you without asking for a history of injuries and really taking their time to find out what your challenging areas are. I was super impressed with this local Heath spa. The facility is clean and has several large one person tubs that feel very luxurious and relaxing. Dr. Sanders, the chiropractor is excellent because he gives you easy exercises to do after each adjustment. The masseuses are very good at knowing where you’re body needs work and applying the kind of pressure you prefer. This is a wonderful place to relax those tense stressed muscles & rejuvenate!

Highly recommend this place for your wellness needs. Been going to Tina Marie for several years now. And If you want actual relief from your aches and stiffness you might consider paying her a visit because you'll be surprised the strength this tiny woman possesses. Once you get a massage with her you'll have a hard time finding a comparable therapist in terms of deep tissue. You'll know your muscles and joints are actually releasing because it hurts so good! If you want a sleepy foo foo massage then look somewhere else. But if you want theraputic benefits to feel flexible and alive then look no further.
