I have had members of this firm handling my taxes for over 25 years, and I have never had any issue. As long as all of your documents are ready and prepped (they're not going to do that gathering for you), you will get your tax return done with both efficiency and expertise before the deadlines arrive. All of the accountants in this firm have a high integrity level -- they are honest and dedicated. I would recommend this firm and its accountants to anyone who asked for a qualified accounting firm. This is not simply a tax preparation service - these is an actual accounting firm that does work for major clients and the like.

Do not go to Mary Colby if you want your taxes to be done within a reasonable time. You will be paying out the rear for what you would expect to be prompt completion of your taxes. She will not answer her phone, will not return your phone calls, and she will come up with excuses for why she hasn't finished your taxes yet. In 2018 she was supposed to invoice us for taxes and finish those but they never got done and then she said we never came in in the first place and denied that we ever hired her to do our taxes.
