I can't say enough good things about this Company! And no, I am not being paid or compensated to write this glowing review :-) We've been having our three-bedroom home cleaned for several years by the incredible ladies of Valei Home. They are always on time, are super professional and make our home sparkle in such a way that we are smiling for weeks! They have even taught us cleaning tricks we use in our every day cleaning! Yvonne and Patti were here most recently, and cleaned our home after having weekend Thanksgiving guests - we were exhausted from the week, and the ladies turned our home into a space where we could relax and recharge, thank you! I first discovered Valei services when searching for high end housekeeping services to respond to the needs of our vacation rental properties. We needed five star hotel quality turnovers. The company does not disappoint. Our first experience was the cleaning of a large estate home in Rancho Mirage. John sent a crew of four housekeepers who were on time and spent half a day doing spotless work to perfection, inside and out. The group of professionals worked hard, were very detailed understood our needs. We will continue to use their services in the future as our business grows. They are now an integral part of our success.
We have been very happy with Our Valei's Team "Gloria and Caroline". They are efficient, consistent, friendly, polite, commutative and beyond any service we have used in the past. Lastly, Valei will not hurt your pocket book as they are truly competitive in today's service market.
