Dr Jochen has been my Physician for over 15 years for dermatology and for other cosmetic procedures.I have had nothing but positive experiences. I have been seeing Elaine Woo-Gallagher NP for over ten years and have been extremely satisfied with her professionalism. Now am 72 and with very limited financial resources after being disabled for nearly forty years. However, doubt I will be returning. Had a semi-annual appointment today; and, after spending the night on the porcelain throne - possibly food poisoning or ? - I called to explain that I was too weak to come into the office plus in case it isn't a food related issue that I didn't want exposure either way and needed to reschedule. I was told there was a $50 charge for the cancellation - and Karina stated 'that's the rule.' This after... read full review
