Terrible customer service. Expensive, and under staffed. You make an appointment to see a doctor and when you order glasses they take forever to come in and when they finally do arrive you go in to pick them up and wait and wait for your glasses because they have only one person working. 45 minutes is ridiculous!!! I will NEVER come here again. I had a great experience with Desert Vision, I regret not going back there.

Do you enjoy be lied to, robbed, and cheated? This is where it happens. I wish someone with power and clout would shut this facility down because they are as bad as they come. I went in as a Kaiser referral. Not wearing glass for distance since my 30's now at 60, and I still don't but they say I needed them and honestly after getting the glasses, I could not see out of them. The exam was r u s h e d, the exam Dr. was rude, and the optical department is a class A group of thieves. After spending $1,200.00 I learned from another eye dr. I don't even need them. How dishonest this group of people are is profound-they wont refund or make adjustments just take, take take. Call and ask for some help about billing and your going to talk to satans helper, she's awful and mean. AVOID THIS PLACE, so many honest and good places to go to.

First of all, dont expect anyone to answer your call, timely. For some crazy reason you will always go to voicemail stating they will get back to you in 24 hours. Second, order glasses and was told they would be in in 2 weeks and someone would call me for pickup. Three weeks later..no call. When I called them to follow up...they returned my call 24 hours later staying frame were not available and would take another two weeks. Question why did they not advise me as I would have picked another Frame. Third, Finally got my glasses and they give me a headache. This is a first. Called them to find out if my lens were inferior due to my insurance. Will wait 24 hours for a call back. Horrible..
