My brother bought me a Groupon to try them out cause they had good ratings since I’ve been looking for a good house cleaner since I move to the desert I’ve had no luck booking an appointment they never returned calls or emails very disappointed and I’m going to lose my money
I will admit, at first we had a rocky start. I had purchased a 4 hour deep clean through Groupon. Getting through the phone number wasn't easy the first time, then had an email. Finally Sandy and I were able to work through email. She was always was very polite in her wording and help make the rocky begining finish smoothly. I had no idea what to expect, since I've never used a cleaning service before. I was told 9:15 arrival and they were knocking at 9:05, so instant bonus to start.
