I've been going for awhile . I have not loved my nails but they were ok. It's convenient However recently I took my mom and the girl doing her pedicure cut her big toe. My 87 yr old mom when we left said the girl hurt her. She didn't know her toe was cut til the next morning. She was already ba l in la do she sent me a pic. I stopped into the salon in my way home and showed the owner. She felt very bad and immediately offered to refund my mom. I didn't need to know who did it but she promised me she'd take care of it. So I'd just say if you go and you have sensitive feet tell your person. Not sure I'm going back. But I've been happy... read full review

I recently took my mom to Mega Nails to get her nails done for Easter. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and efficiency, considering how busy they were. The staff were accommodating. My mom’s nail tech was attentive and listened to my mom’s preferences. Overall, I was happy with my visit and more importantly, my mom was happy and appreciative of how the staff took care of her.

The quality of service, the attention to detail, and the friendly atmosphere is top tier. The place was hygienic and clean. I could tell the tools and equipment were sanitized. I live in the desert for part of the year and I'll definitely be returning when I’m back in Rancho Mirage.
