If you are reading this review, I hope you're doing so BEORE hiring this company. If you take pride in the finished product, hire someone else. We have had many remodel jobs done over the past 50 years. This was, by far, the most unpleasant experience. First of all, living 100 miles from the site is a disadvantage and we blame ourselves for not insisting on getting "promises" IN WRITING. We had a 70% gutting of a condo and we are in total agreement with the review of Robert C, who perfectly described the encounters we had. Kellner Construction and Remodeling gets our vote for being the #1 builder in the Coachella Valley. We needed a stair system to access our sunroom from the back yard, and decided to give this company a call. The owner was friendly with a great sense of humor, easy to work with, and their employees did an outstanding job on our stair system. The results exceeded our expectations - everything was performed quickly, and on time. That's what I call integrity, folks! Kellner Construction is #1. Call them today. You'll be glad you did.
