Dr was professional with a humble demeanor, david up front, was a knowledgeable professional, and was a pleasure to deal with. Old school customer service I'd recommend them to anyone.....ty
What a great visit. The staff there is phenomenal. Super friendly and help with everything, from scheduling your appointment to the final appointment with your glasses. Dr. Blackrock is the best. He is the first optometrist to find my eye problem, thank you Dr and staff. I would recommend this place to everyone, you won't regret it.
I am so grateful to Dr. Blaurock and his wonderful team. My son needed a pair of emergency contacts.. he did not have any and he could not see well enough to drive. It just happened there was a cancellation and under the circumstances they were so kind to fit him in. Dr. Blaurock examined him and gave him a pair to wear for the moment. Both Mary Ann and David and superb. Mary Ann helped him to order contacts, choose glasses and she made it such a pleasant experience. They are the best ! Heartfelt thanks.
