Eisenhower Comprehensive Pain Management

I am so pleased with this facility. The Physicians are so wonderful, and the physical therapy people are wonderful. They have a wonderful coffee shop inside. Almost like Starbucks. Great coffee and great snacks. The place is fairly new,and the building is so clean.

I have been treated by both Dr. Cassim and Dr. O'Connell and their PA's. I think they are all EXCELLENT. If you set your expectations to hear what you want perhaps that might not happen. But my experience has been if you carefully lay out your concerns they LISTEN and provide the best course of action for you. IF you do as they advise your journey to healing is going to be much easier! I have no issues with Desert Orthopedic except they need more staff to answer phones. The wait time when calling is often too long! But that's my only beef with them.

Dr. Cassim and PA Maryann Dezlan took care of me through pain management for many years. Because of Dr. Cassie's keen eye, he found the problem and referred me to Dr. Tahernia. 2 surgeries later and no issues or pain. I could not have gotten through the pain without their care and compassion. So thankful we have this center in our wonderful desert.
