It is hard to get a hold of your Dr when your not feeling well or you need to take blood work. Well not at Coachella Valley direct primary Care. The staff is amazing, and will go above and beyond to make sure everything checks out. They are very professional, and know how to make you feel at ease. I personally don't like going to the Dr's, but after talking to staff and getting know them I will make a appointment anytime of the day to go there and not feel neverous.
Dr. Michael Kim and and staff take excellent care of me and my wife Janie. We have never received better care from any medical practice than this group. We are so lucky to be able to be a part of a group of medical experts, as well as wonderful caring human beings, that treat us like family. It is wonderful to know that all of our medical needs are taken care of. We always know that someone will respond promptly to all our concerns.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this office!! They are all so caring, kind and knowledgeable. The convenience to have access to this office rather than sitting in an urgent care for hours and hours is PRICELESS. They take their time and listen to my medical issues/concerns, I have never felt rushed, ever! Do not hesitate to sign up for the membership (which is very affordable). You won’t regret it. I know I’m not the only one who has dealt with insurance nightmares with long waits in urgent care (especially when you aren’t feeling well) or waiting months and months on a waiting list just to see a new Dr, dealing with co-pays, frustrating phone calls with insurance... read full review
