The owners who are husband and wife. In this case the wife. I brought five pants to get altered. I was specific on what I wanted done with my pants. She kept telling me that she was busy. I felt that she did not want my business. I expressed to her that I was trying to let out on the waistline of my parents by 1 inch. These pants were expensive pants so I was really specific on what I was trying to accomplish. She kept rushing me and telling me that she knows what she's doing and she's a professional. BEWARE!! The owners of this place are THIEVES:I went in to pick up my order and upon arrival, the owner took my ticket and set it down. Then she proceeded to tell me that she "lost" my shirt. She purposely omitted the fact that it was a Dior (expensive designer) shirt. The owner claimed that she gave it to someone else and when I asked for her to bring them in she said that they were "out of town."I asked her how only one shirt, the designer one, out of my batch of clothes went missing? The owner then told me to "calm down" and that I was "scaring her". I threatened to call the police for larceny and battery as she grabbed my arm. She even tried to tell me that she will buy me another replacement on "eBay" !!!!! After threatening to call the police, she wrote a check for the cost of the shirt. Overall, I would never do business here again. Awful people. I wish I saw the other reviews before bringing clothes here.

This establishment was horrible! They ruined my one of a kind Virgil NBA Louis Vuitton short set and then tried to negotiate me on the pricing to make me whole and also asked me to call Louis Vuitton and ask for a leather patch replacement. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!
