I visited the Warby Parker store on Saturday, and the staff were nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a very good shopping experience at this location while picking out my new glasses.
Thank you Dr. Brian for helping my mom find the perfect glasses and for taking the time to explain lens options to us. Thank you Richard for checking us out and for being so thorough and kind. My mom is so happy with the customer service and is excited for her new pair of glasses !
I always had great experiences when visiting this Warby Parker location. All associates are friendly and eager to help. Unlike other eyeglasses stores, the optometrists are walking around and also participating in customer service, which is a great incentive to have an eye health professional help you pick out your prescription glasses.
