First time dealing with True Blue and I wish I had met them 6 years ago when I was shopping around for a HVAC system. They (Shane, Lisa and Brandon) are the nicest people you will deal with. But that's not the main course, their service and knowledge is outstanding and that's what sets them apart from the rest. I would say that they are A++++
Shane and Brandon came and did annual summer maintenance check. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and very honest. I have used True Blue multiple times and they have never tried to upsell me on anything that is not needed. True Blue is definitely who I’ll call again for any AC/heating needs.
I called this company because their reviews are excellent. Their customer service is very good. I called other companies for an estimate to replace the AC and True Blue was my best choice. Good price, they know what they are doing, honest and great service. Thank you Lisa, Shane and all your team. We are very happy with our heat pump! ???
