I came home one night and our water heater bursted in the garage. Our insurance company sent out superior restoration and they got right to work and had the best customer service!!! Technicians Juan, Caleb and Jason were amazing and also Jaime the supervisor was just the best!!! The lady Rachel from repairs was so kind and Bernice the coordinator was just awesome!!!! Thank you superior for doing a superior job
Dave Strandt was my project manager for rebuilding my kitchen. Dave was a complete professional throughout the entire project. He ensured all contractors arrived promptly and communicated each step so we understood what was happening. Our finished product was exactly what we wanted, and we are delighted. Dave’s professionalism and customer service-focused approach made it easy for us as we rebuilt our kitchen after a devastating leak.

Superior Restoration was referred to me our plumber when we experienced a slab leak. Superior returned my call even though it was after 8PM on a Saturday night and were able to come out the next day to assess the situation. Jamie Perez was the supervisor for our mitigation and did an amazing job keeping us posted on progress and next steps. Our techs Juan and Caleb were also super friendly and efficient. Great experience all around. Hopefully we won't need water mitigation again anytime soon, but I definitely know who to call if we do!
