superior plumbing,heating and air conditioning

I was referred to this company through my home warranty. Based on the reviews I was scared about the service I would receive. I was quite shocked when they came out the next day. Robert was professional and informative. Said they would have to order parts. To my surprise the following week they came out and installed a brand new ac and heating system. I did not get the name of the 2 techs but they were great. Took them all day. Very professional. Cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they were there. So my advice is not to always listen to the reviews.

I just had the tech leave. I wish I would've caught his name, but he was professional, communicative, and most importantly fixed out air conditioner. I submitted my service ticket through the warranty company, Old republic.After reading the reviews I was very worried. However, he did what he was supposed to and was good about it. I submitted my ticket on Sunday, by Monday mid-day they came out and fixed it. I did call in the morning, because I wanted to confirm my service request was received. The tech called and scheduled same-day repair. So thankful it worked out.

All I can say is Totally Amazing!!I have a 2 story home on monday my downstairs air unit went out.Called my insurance and they sent me Robert and Roman I have had Robert come out prior for my water heater did a great job..And again they did an amazing job with the air unit even fixing someone else's mess up .Come Thursday my upstairs unit goes out ..called my insurance and they scheduled another company..I was told they would not be able to come out till next Wednesday decided to call superior. To see if they would be available here comes Robert to save the day!!Was done in 15 min this company is amazing from the office that told me he would take care of it today... read full review
