I came to Destiny, because I was in a car accident, 2 years ago. I had several herniated disc’s and I was no longer able to do exercises that I was previously able to do. I loved lifting weights and found myself depressed that I could no longer do what I enjoyed. It took months of rehab and acupuncture to finally be somewhat functional.
