Can't believe how fast they responsed, (on Father's Day Sunday no less) took care of all the flood water and had fans dry everything.
Awesome service, I will definitely use them again if anything happens.
The Servpro in Rancho Cucamonga , Ca really came through with help for water damage. Alex responded quickly and got a crew out asap to start getting water removed. The crew came back daily to check how carpet and flooring were drying out. The crew was very helpful. Alex responded quickly to every call and text.
SERVPRO was my saving grace, I was literally ready to break. My home was flooded due to an incompetent person who was there to clean my dryer vent. I used Google to find a local remediation company and I found SERVPRO. Barry and I spoke on the phone at great length, he said he will meet me at my home in 1 hour, and he was early. The knowledge, the guidance, the compassion he showed in my nightmare is something not everyone has. Barry and his crew saw me at my worst, I was shattered, confused and scared.
