I have had my Secard pool for about 3 years now. Even though as time passes we start to lose our warranties, i have not lost the personal attention i have received from field manager Brian Anderson. As a new pool owner i was clueless on the week to week maintenance, chemical balancing, etc. Brian took the time to explain things on multiple occasions. What prompted this Yelp review was my latest interaction with Brian. About 8 days ago my pool filter pump was pushing out about half the volume of water. Being a noobie to the spa world, Laura was very patient, helpful, and walked us through all the ins and outs for our calspa swimspa ownership. Prices are good as well on items and chemicals. Thank you, Laura, for all the help you offered us. If I had known that they existed before I purchased, I would have purchased my swim spa from them as well.
