This is one of the worst urgent care clinics. If you can at all avoid coming here for medical need, do so. The staff is friendly enough, but the wait is beyond unreasonable. Six people ahead of me, it's been over 2 hours, and I am literally STILL waiting as I write this review. Should've paid closer attention to the existing poor reviews, but it is close to my home, so I thought how bad can it be? It's bad enough to write my own review while I wait to be seen. I cannot recommend this location. Save yourself the time and money. Don't use this urgent care.
this is the worst place I ever have been. I came 930 in the morning and now it's a 430. I still hasn't seen the doctor. Nobody don't know anything what's going on. People are crying out there with the pain. Nobody cares.
They call this an urgent care??!! Seriously my daughter goes in for what seems conjuntivitis and the PA or DR days it is a workman's comp issue and does nothing for her!!! Do not go here if you value your life and time, she wasted an 1 hour 30 minutes for nothing. I am calling and filing a complaint with the medical board and the better business bureau. I hope you are ready to answer the medical board as you did nothing to help a patient!
