“The body center has been a great experience so far I went in and I'm still going in for my IT band and wrist pain. From the receptionist to the main therapist Deanna they are all great, work with my schedule, and I have been progressing every week since my pain is 90% gone. The facility is nice, they have a lot of equipment, unlimited exercises and stretches and will give you some extracurricular activities as well on the reformer. Highly recommended“
“It was my first time taking the power class with Nolan. As someone who is slowly getting into yoga, it was quite difficult. However, Nolan does a great job encouraging the class. Despite it being a bit difficult, I left the class feeling accomplished! If you want to challenge yourself, I highly recommend this class with Nolan!“
“This studio became a second home to me while I was living in Claremont, California! Johannah created a welcoming experience for everyone. This studio has the perfect combination of fitness and zen with some of the best teachers around! You can get your butt kicked in a climb class or go to a candle lit Vinyasa flow. I always walked out of that studio feeling so much better than when I walked in. I fell deeper into my practice by also participating in the Yoga Teacher Training. It was a beautiful in depth yogic experience. We learned so much and had a wonderful time too. Johannah did a wonderful job guiding and teaching the cohort. As well as a carefully curated bunch of guest teachers and speakers with various expertise. I felt like the learning experience was well rounded and gave me the knowledge to dive so much deeper into my practice. MPower is a gift to the Claremont community. I would genuinely recommend this studio to anyone and everyone!“
“To go to any studio for exercise for almost 8 years; it has to be great! I followed my instructor here from another venue about 8 years ago! and I LOVE it! It's quaint, upstairs and in the heart of Claremont. We get a nice breeze in small classes, with a mix of a little privacy upstairs with a view, while we build balance and strength through Pilates!“
“Can't say enough good things about the Pilates instruction I am getting from Wanda at Pearl Pilates! I have definitely gained better muscle tone and endurance over the months I have been working with her. Wanda takes the time to talk to me about my postural issues and various injuries, and tailors my workout plan to address my overall goals with adjustments as needed for particular concerns during each session. She is a knowledgeable teacher and has a friendly way of encouraging her students to keep improving their Pilates practice. Highly recommend!“

“I love this studio the instructors are sweet and encouraging. The classes are challenging and worth the workout. Only thing is I might have to change studios as they dont offer enough early evening classes. It would be great if they offered more evening classes for Vianna and Neil.“
