I've been coming to this establishment since it was Massage Green. I don't want to let out my secret that Nino is amazing, because then he will be harder to book! No, seriously, he's super talented and Hand and Stone is very lucky to have him! He's had my loyalty for 11 years, following him from Upland to Rancho, and I will follow him anywhere! I don't trust anyone else to massage me. Allison at the front desk is always helpful and pleasant to chat with in the few short minutes before being called in or coming out of a massage.
I’ve been coming to this spa for 9 years and I love it. The staff is friendly and the therapists really listen to you to understand your needs. Nino is an awesome massage therapist. If you have a membership, you get a better price and I highly suggest getting one.
I have been coming to this location for years, back when they used to be Massage Green. The staff have always given great service. Shout out to Kristina who is my usual girl for facials. She gives me great advice.
