I had new flooring installed thru out my home. William the store Manager did an excellent job of working with me on the product I wanted. He was there to answer my questions & help navigate getting more flooring from another store out of state. Even made a personal trip to my home to pickup leftover product & credit me back for product not used.

We had our flooring installed in Oct 2022. The install company provided by LL flooring told us half the way through the installation we were told that we needed 4 transition strips installed in room thresholds in our hallway. We called the store and were told if the installers told us we needed them, then we needed them. I said if I had been told in advance I wouldn't have agreed to the install. LL Corp. office later handled our complaint and said they will have all affected three bedrooms and bathrooms and hallway taken up and replaced.
